Order a copy of your Faculty Record from MPD. This document is given to you at the end of Year 4, 5 and 6.
Please include your full name and ID and select your desired option.
This is only available for current medical students and students who graduated after 2015.
The documents will be scanned and emailed to your student email address. If you need them to be verfied, you can print them and bring them to the MPD office.
