Registration Instructions

IN-PERSON OPTION: Registration closes on Friday, 10 January 2025 (NZ time). Registration may close earlier if capacity is reached. In-person attendance includes:
o Online access to the lecture recordings from 28 February 2025 to 30 April 2025 (NZ time).
o Catering costs for morning tea and afternoon tea for two days. Course participants can either bring their own lunch or visit the food establishments around the course venue.

ONLINE OPTION: Registration closes on Friday, 14 February 2025 at 6pm (NZ time).

Only those who have registered will be admitted to the course.

Refund policy: Non-refundable and non-transferable but can be used to attend the next offering of the short course. If you have registered but are unable to attend, please notify the course coordinator before the registration closing date. Please note that due to the nature of this course, the refund policy is different from what is under “Terms and Conditions” on this site.

Access, Intellectual Property and IT Policy: You will have online access to the course materials for two months. Your access to the course materials will not be extended. Your credentials and access to the course materials will be disabled end-of-day on 30 April 2025 (NZ time). If you share your login credentials with anyone, you are breaching the University’s Intellectual Property & IT policy. Your credentials and access to the course materials will be disabled on the day it is detected by us, and the course fee will not be refunded. Also, you will not be allowed to participate in any other teaching programmes run by the Department of Paediatrics, the University of Auckland, in the future.
