Course description
The Eyesi® surgical simulators are high-end virtual reality surgical simulators for intraocular surgery training. The Eyesi® Surgical courseware is a set of preinstalled courses, which offer training at different levels of difficulty. The Eyesi® simulator provides trainees and educators with objective assessment and detailed skill evaluation. This course provides 4 hours of Eyesi use including 30 minutes of induction and 30 minutes of clinical tutor supervision if required.

Other courses
One day courses are offered for pre-vocational trainees / NTRs. Additional courses will be offered to ophthalmologists who have completed the basic course, and who require training in more advanced surgical techniques, including phacoemulsification techniques, complex wound formation and closure, management of complications and trauma, and more advanced oculoplastic procedures. There is also a 3-4 day training course specifically for new RANZCO registered trainees.
