By proceeding with this payment you consent to the following terms and conditions:

  • The hirer is liable for the cost of replacement or repair of the lens(es), and will not be eligible to graduate until the payment is made in full.
  • Each replacement lens costs $5.
  • Only request this item if you are a BOptom student who has returned an incomplete or damaged set and have been requested to pay for repairs. If you have any questions please contact Melinda Calderwood (m.calderwood@auckland.ac.nz).
